Warranty Information and Return Policies
All our Radio Flyer wagons are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you don't just love your wagon, simply return it, no questions asked, for a full refund or your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
In addition, all wagons also come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If there is a problem within the first year, Radio Flyer will replace the parts during this time. After this time, replacement parts can be purchased directly through Radio Flyer. Their customer service number is 800 621 7613. The warranty language from the Radio Flyer site says
"Radio Flyer's warranty guarantees that our products will remain free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled per the instructions and has been used as intended. The warranty does not cover abuse, accidents, or cosmetic issues (such as fading, scratches or dents from normal wear or being left out in extreme weather conditions)."

Shipping Information
It generally takes 3 - 5 days for your wagon or accessory order to ship out after your order is placed. The standard shipping is by UPS ground or Fedex ground. We are now offering free shipping on the wagons for all online orders that are shipped within the continental US!
Once your order is shipped, it takes an additional 2 - 6 shipping days to be delivered, depending on your distance from where we ship in Illinois. In general, it takes 2 - 4 additional days to the East Coast, 1 - 3 additional days to the Midwest, and 4 - 5 additional days to the West Coast. See our UPS time-in-transit map to see how many days it takes, once your order is shipped, to get to your destination.
Express Shipping Next day and 2nd day air shipping is available for the wagons - please give us a call at , or Contact Us, for a quote for express shipping.
Shipping for both the wagons to Hawaii and Alaska at an additional charge. We generally ship these products by US Postal Service because UPS only delivers to these areas by air, and even 2nd day UPS air is extremely expensive. The US Postal charges for shipping the wagons to Alaska or Hawaii vary depending on the size of the wagon. Please give us a call at , or Contact Us, for a quote for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Please Note: while we still offer our money back guarantees on products shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, we only credit back for the purchase price - not the additional shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii.
